Component Integration: The guide rail(s) and the ball screw are meticulously installed. The critical step is ensuring the guide axis and screw axis are absolutely parallel to prevent binding at high speeds, which would generate excessive heat and wear.

Dynamic Calibration: The final stage undergoes laser calibration and dynamic performance testing. This verifies not only the positional accuracy but also the maximum achievable speed, acceleration, and thermal stability under continuous operation.
