The BK10/BF10 Support Set provides the critical "Fixed-Floated" mounting geometry required for high-precision linear motion. When engineering a system around a 12mm ball screw, standard bearings are insufficient; a specialized support architecture is necessary to handle axial thrust and thermal expansion.

• The Fixed Side (BK10: Motor End)

Mounted near the motor, the BK10 utilizes a matched pair of Angular Contact Ball Bearings. When secured with the included precision M10 lock nut, these bearings are preloaded against one another. This configuration completely eliminates axial play (backlash), ensuring that 100% of the motor's torque translates directly into precise carriage motion.

• The Floating Side (BF10: Far End)

Mounted at the distal end of the axis, the BF10 houses a deep-groove ball bearing designed for axial freedom. The bearing is free to slide laterally within the steel housing, allowing the ball screw shaft to expand or contract due to thermal friction without inducing buckling or mechanical stress on the bearings.
