• The Linear Shaft : This core element is a precision-ground, cylindrical rod made from high-quality steel (like high-carbon steel). The shaft undergoes a rigorous case-hardening process to achieve a high surface hardness (typically HRC 58-62°), creating a durable, wear-resistant raceway for the ball bearings.
• The Aluminum Support Rail (Pallet/Bracket): This is a rigid, often solid, extruded aluminum profile that secures the linear shaft along its entire length. It provides a continuous, non-deflecting foundation for the movement and includes pre-drilled mounting holes for quick and easy installation.
• The Slider (Flange-Type Bearing Block): This movable carriage unit is an aluminum housing that contains recirculating ball bearings. The defining characteristic is its flanged shape, which features through-threaded mounting holes, allowing the block to be secured to the moving platform from multiple angles and providing a wider, more stable platform for load attachment.
