A TBR linear guide system is composed of several key components that work together to provide stable and precise linear motion. 

TBR Linear Rail (Solid Aluminum Base): This component serves as the structural foundation for the entire linear guide. It is a solid aluminum support characterized by a wider, more substantial base and a wider mounting hole spacing compared to an SBR rail. This robust design provides greater stability and allows for a higher load capacity.

Shaft (Chrome-plated optical axis): The shaft is a high-hardness steel rod that the linear bearing travels on. It is coated with a layer of chrome plating, which significantly enhances its resistance to both wear and corrosion, ensuring a long and reliable service life.

TBR Linear Block (Slider): This is the moving component that houses the recirculating ball bearings. These bearings roll smoothly between the shaft and the inner surfaces of the block. A distinctive feature of the TBR block is its flange, which contributes to its higher load capacity and differentiates it from the flange-less design of an SBR slider.
