BK30 (Fixed End): The Motor-Side Anchor
Serving as the primary axial anchor, the BK30 houses a matched pair of preloaded Angular Contact Ball Bearings. Specifically designed to handle the massive bi-directional thrust loads generated by high-torque industrial motors, this unit eliminates axial play and ensures 100% force transmission with zero backlash.
BF30 (Floated End): Thermal Elongation Support
The BF30 unit houses a high-quality deep-groove radial bearing engineered to "float" axially within the housing. This design is critical for axes spanning long distances; it allows the 40mm shaft to expand linearly due to frictional heat without inducing buckling, bowing, or catastrophic bearing bind.

Operating Principles
The BK30/BF30 set is engineered to manage the complex mechanical stresses of high-torque linear motion through a coordinated "Fixed-Supported" mounting strategy.

BK30 (Fixed Side – Motor End): Acting as the primary mechanical anchor, the BK30 is mounted closest to the motor. It houses a matched pair of Angular Contact Ball Bearings in a Face-to-Face (DF) configuration. Once secured with the precision locknut, these bearings are preloaded to eliminate internal clearance. This allows the unit to absorb 100% of the axial thrust loads while preventing any lateral "slop" or backlash.
BF30 (Supported Side – Tail End): Positioned at the distal end of the screw, the BF30 contains a high-quality Deep-Groove Ball Bearing. Unlike the fixed side, the shaft journal sits within the bearing without being axially clamped. This allows the shaft to "float" or slide laterally to accommodate thermal elongation (expansion) caused by frictional heat during high-cycle operation.
