The BSH Series Linear Screw is defined by its integrated design, which provides a high-precision, rigid, and ready-to-mount drive system.

Integrated Fixed-End Support (Most Critical Feature): The most critical feature is the integration of the Fixed-End Support (BK equivalent) directly into the housing. This support includes pre-loaded angular contact thrust bearings responsible for:

• Absorbing all axial thrust (drive) loads generated during operation.
• Maintaining the screw's high axial rigidity and zero-backlash operation.
• Eliminating the need for the customer to purchase and precisely align a separate support block.

Semi-Integrated Supported End: The opposite end typically includes a built-in bearing unit (BF equivalent) to provide the necessary radial support while simultaneously allowing for the screw's essential thermal expansion.

High-Precision Drive: The unit utilizes a high-grade ball screw (typically C5 or C7) and a pre-loaded ball nut, ensuring high positional accuracy and reliable repeatability for the entire system.

Compact Design: By integrating the support bearings into a unified housing, the BSH unit achieves a significantly shorter, more compact profile than assembling individual screw components and blocks, saving valuable machine space.
