The SFM Series Ball Screw is designed for applications that require compact construction, smooth rotary-to-linear motion, controlled friction and reliable positioning performance. Its internal ball circulation system keeps the recirculation mechanism within the nut, helping reduce the overall installation envelope and making the ball screw suitable for space-constrained machine designs.

SFM ball screws are available in precision rolled and precision ground configurations. Depending on the required accuracy, travel, load, speed and mounting conditions, the screw assembly can be specified for CNC milling machines, machine-tool feed axes, automated equipment and other precision linear-motion systems.

2.Do you offer both rolled and ground versions?
Yes. We provide cost-effective precision-rolled screws for standard automation, as well as high-precision ground screws for applications requiring tighter positioning tolerances.
3.Can you machine the shaft ends to fit our machine?
Yes. Our in-house CNC machining facility can customize shaft lengths and process journals to fit standard support units (such as BK/BF or EK/EF) or machine them to your proprietary CAD prints.
4.What details should I send for a fast quote?
To get a prompt and accurate quote, simply share your screw diameter, lead, stroke length, accuracy requirements, and a drawing of your shaft ends along with your required quantity.
5.Can you reproduce an existing worn-out screw?
Yes. If you are retrofitting or replacing a part, send us your technical drawing or ship a physical sample to our engineering department for verification and duplicate manufacturing.
6.Can you supply the complete motion assembly?
Yes. We supply complete, matched linear motion packages including the ball screw, support units, nut brackets, flexible couplings, and linear guide rails.
