The HGW45CC is a high-rigidity, flanged linear motion carriage from the HG Series, engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring exceptional load capacity and multi-directional stiffness. 4-Way Equal Load Rating: Utilizing a symmetrical four-row ball configuration with a 45-degree contact angle, the block maintains equal load ratings in radial, reverse-radial, and lateral orientations. This ensures high structural integrity regardless of mounting orientation (horizontal, vertical, or inverted).
Self-Aligning Capability: The internal circular-arc groove design absorbs minor installation errors and surface irregularities on the mounting bed, preventing internal binding and ensuring smooth linear travel.
Bi-Directional Flange Mounting: Engineered with pre-drilled holes in the flange, the block can be securely fastened from either the top down or the bottom up, offering maximum flexibility for large-scale machinery and gantries.
Reliable Contaminant Protection: Standard double-lip end seals and bottom seals provide reliable protection against dust, chips, and particulate contamination while maintaining optimal lubricant retention.

Manufacturing Process & Quality Procedures
Our linear guide blocks undergo a highly controlled, multi-stage manufacturing process to guarantee precise geometry, surface hardness, and mechanical reliability.
1.Forging & Stress Relief: Medium-carbon alloy steel is hot-forged to shape, then annealed to relieve internal residual stresses, preparing the raw blank for high-precision machining.
2.CNC Machining & Threading: The flanged body structure is CNC-milled, and the four mounting holes are precisely drilled and tapped to specification (e.g., M12 threads).
3.Induction Hardening: The four circular-arc raceways undergo high-frequency induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and long-term fatigue life.
4.Precision Grinding: The internal rolling tracks and external mounting reference faces are ground simultaneously on advanced multi-spindle grinding machines to ensure highly precise parallelism.
5.Ball Matching & Controlled Assembly: Precision steel balls are sorted into micron-matched sizes and assembled with the block to achieve the targeted preload classification (such as Z0 or ZA) .
6.Quality Control & Preservation: Sliding friction force, alignment, and dimensional tolerances are rigorously verified using high-precision metrology equipment . The finished blocks are then treated with anti-rust oil and vacuum-sealed for preservation.
