YOURIGHT' belt drive linear actuators are engineered to provide efficient, high-speed linear motion for complex automation and material handling applications.
These actuators are constructed from precision-machined aluminum extrusions and utilize steel-reinforced timing belts. 
Designed to handle long travel lengths and high load capacities, these systems ensure smooth, reliable performance with minimal maintenance. This makes them exceptionally well-suited for demanding applications such as gantries, robotics, and custom automation solutions.

Manufacturing Processes

The manufacturing process is focused on achieving the necessary component quality and precise system alignment:

1.Extrusion and Machining: The aluminum body is extruded, and all critical mounting surfaces (for the guide rails and end supports) are precision-machined for flatness and parallelism.

2.Pulley and Shaft Production: The drive and idler pulleys are manufactured with high precision to ensure correct belt meshing and minimal run-out. High-strength shafts are produced for the pulleys and end supports.

3.Guide Rail Integration: The guide rails (e.g., a standard EG series profile) are secured to the base.

4.Belt and Carriage Assembly: The belt is cut and joined (or a continuous loop is used) and is then securely clamped to the carriage. The belt is tensioned to a specific load to ensure proper tooth engagement and minimize static stretch.

5.Alignment and Testing: The entire system is checked for parallelism and squareness. Dynamic testing is performed to verify the achieved speed, acceleration, and the system's ability to maintain tension and repeatability.
