Available in both solid and weight-saving hollow configurations, these shafts feature an induction-hardened surface paired with industrial hard-chrome plating to protect against abrasive wear and environmental oxidation.

Profile Options: Solid shafting or weight-saving hollow (tubular) profile.
Material Selection: GCr15 high-carbon bearing steel or 45# medium-carbon steel.
Case Hardening: Induction hardened to HRC 58–62 for high wear resistance.
Plating: Industrial hard chrome plated for enhanced surface durability and corrosion defense.
Size Range: Diameters Ø3 mm to Ø150 mm; cut-to-length up to 7,000 mm.
Machining: Plain deburred ends or custom CNC end-machining to customer drawings (threads, flats, grooves).
Compatibility: Mates with standard linear bushings (LM/LME/LMF/LMK series) and shaft support units (SK/SHF/SBR).
