SBR Rail Production Process
The manufacturing of SBR linear rails is a precise, multi-step process designed to ensure high quality, durability, and performance. Here are the key stages involved:
Shaft Production: The process begins with the creation of the hardened linear shaft. Utilizing high-quality materials such as 45 steel or SUJ2, the shaft is manufactured and hardened to a surface hardness of above 55HRC, providing exceptional wear resistance and strength.
Aluminum Pallet Creation: Concurrently, the aluminum support base (pallet) is produced. This is typically done using standardized molds to ensure consistency in dimensions, structural integrity, and durability across all units.
Slider Assembly: Standard sliders, which will move along the shaft, are created. These are designed to perfectly complement the linear shaft and fit securely onto the aluminum base, ensuring smooth and precise movement.
Customization: Based on specific customer requirements, the rails are then customized. This involves cutting the rails to the required length and drilling mounting holes according to detailed technical specifications. This step ensures the final product is perfectly tailored to its intended application.
Final Assembly: The last step is the final assembly. The hardened optical axis (shaft) is securely mounted onto the aluminum bracket. The pre-assembled slider is then carefully positioned on top of the shaft, completing the SBR rail unit and ensuring it is ready for smooth and reliable operation.
