SBR/TBR linear slider guide rail collection guide rail is a variety of rolling guide rail. Rolling steel balls make limitless stroke reciprocating action between the slider and the guide rail. The load platform can effortlessly pass linearly with high precision alongside the track. Compared with the traditional machine device guide, the friction coefficient of the rolling guide can be reduced to 1/50 of the original. Because the beginning friction is greatly reduced, the prevalence of ineffective motion is relatively reduced, so high-precision feeding and positioning can be achieved. Therefore, it can cooperate with the ball screw and use the linear guide as the guide, which will greatly improve the accuracy and mechanical effectivity of the equipment.
