• The BK15: High-Rigidity Fixed Anchor

The BK15 is engineered to withstand 100% of the axial thrust forces (the push/pull loads) of the machine.
Angular Contact Bearings: Housed within the carbon steel block is a matched pair of 7002-series angular contact bearings in a Face-to-Face (DF) configuration, specifically designed to manage heavy axial loads.
Precision Preload: The included M15x1.0 Precision Lock Nut applies a calculated squeeze to these bearings against the shaft shoulder. This preload eliminates internal clearance, guaranteeing absolute zero backlash at the anchor point.

• The BF15: Dynamic Floating Support

The BF15's primary role is to maintain shaft concentricity and prevent "whipping" without restricting axial movement.
Radial Support: It houses a high-quality 6002ZZ deep groove radial bearing.
The Slip-Fit Design: The 15mm machined shaft journal passes through the bearing and is secured via a simple C-clip snap ring. The bearing is intentionally not clamped tightly within the housing, allowing it to slide as the screw undergoes thermal expansion and contraction.
