The GNC Series Aluminum Rigid Clamping Coupling is a high-rigidity, zero-backlash shaft coupling engineered to establish a precise collinear connection between two shafts, such as a motor output shaft and a ball screw. Unlike flexible couplings, the GNC Series features a solid, monolithic structure with no elastomeric or moving elements, supporting exceptional torsional stiffness and precise angular transmission.
High-Strength Clamping Design
Constructed from lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy, this clamping-style coupling secures to the shafts via transverse clamping screws. When tightened, the split bores compress uniformly around the shafts to establish a secure, high-friction joint. This non-marring clamping method protects the shafts from scratches and indentations while managing high torque profiles in precision automation systems.
