The RGW55HC is a high-capacity linear motion carriage engineered to deliver exceptional structural rigidity for large-scale, high-precision industrial machinery. Departing from traditional point-contact ball designs, the RG roller series utilizes precision-ground cylindrical rollers that engage in line-contact with the rail. This line-contact interface significantly minimizes elastic deformation, ensuring outstanding stability under heavy loading conditions.

The "HC" (Super Heavy Load) design features an elongated block body extending to 232 mm in length. This additional length accommodates an increased quantity of recirculating rollers, optimizing load distribution and system stiffness. Furthermore, the flanged (W-type) profile enables versatile bi-directional mounting, allowing the block to be secured from either the top down or the bottom up to match diverse machinery configurations.
