KK Series Ball Screw Linear Module
The KK Linear Module is a compact integrated linear motion system that combines a ball screw drive and linear guide structure into a single-axis assembly.
The integrated design provides a practical solution for machine builders and automation engineers who need a compact linear positioning axis without separately assembling the primary guide and drive components.
The Yongrun KK series includes KK40, KK50, KK60, KK86, KK100, and KK130 configurations, with profile widths of approximately 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 86 mm, 100 mm, and 130 mm. Available screw lead options range from 1 mm to 25 mm, depending on the selected configuration.
The KK series can be used as an independent linear axis or combined with other stages to create multi-axis automation systems.




How to Choose the Right KK Linear Module
Selecting a KK linear module should start with the application requirements rather than the model number.
1. Determine the Required Profile Size
Select KK40, KK50, KK60 , KK86, KK100 or KK130 according to available machine space, payload requirements and structural requirements.
2. Determine the Required Stroke
Specify the required working travel.
The actual available stroke varies by model and configuration, so the required stroke should be confirmed before quotation.
3. Determine the Moving Load
Provide:
Moving mass
Load direction
Payload dimensions
Payload center of gravity
Horizontal or vertical installation
For offset loads, provide a machine drawing whenever possible.
4. Select the Screw Lead
The KK series supports screw lead options from 1 mm to 25 mm.
A smaller or larger lead may be selected according to the required balance between speed, thrust and motor characteristics.
5. Determine the Required Speed
Specify the target linear speed and acceleration.
The appropriate model and screw lead should be evaluated together with the motor and load.
6. Select the Motor
The motor interface and compatible motor depend on the individual KK model.
Provide your preferred:
Stepper motor
Servo motor
Motor brand/model
Motor power
when requesting a quotation.
7. Determine Positioning Requirements
Tell us your required:

Repeatability
Cycle time
Acceleration
