The HGHS140K is a heavy-duty, fully integrated linear motion stage engineered for high-payload automation and industrial CNC applications. Built within an expansive 140 mm profile width aluminum chassis, the module houses dual parallel HGR linear guide rails and four HGH bearing carriages, driven by a central precision Ø20 mm ball screw.

This dual-rail, four-block architecture provides substantial structural rigidity and superior resistance to Pitch, Yaw, and Roll moment loads, while delivering dependable ±0.03 mm positional repeatability. The unit features a standardized motor mounting interface compatible with NEMA 34 stepper motors and 100W–400W servo motors, making it a robust, turnkey motion platform for demanding Cartesian robotics, gantry axes, and heavy material positioning.
