HGHS140K Heavy-Duty Ball Screw Linear Stage
The HGHS140K Linear Stage is a heavy-duty ball screw driven linear motion platform designed for industrial automation, CNC machinery, gantry systems, Cartesian robots and high-load positioning applications.
The stage uses a 140 mm wide aluminum chassis, two parallel HGR linear guide rails and four HGH guide blocks to create a rigid supporting structure. A centrally positioned Ø20 mm C7 ball screw provides the drive mechanism for controlled linear movement.
This dual-rail and four-block arrangement is designed to improve structural stability and resistance to pitch, yaw and roll loads, making the HGHS140K suitable for applications where a more rigid linear axis is required than a compact single-rail module.
