The MGWS75F Linear Module is a compact ball screw driven linear motion unit designed for industrial automation, high-speed positioning, feeding and transfer applications.

The MGWS75F combines a Ø16 C7 ball screw with an MGR12 × 1 and MGW12H × 1 linear guide configuration to provide a compact, integrated motion axis.

MGWS75F: Choosing Speed, Lead and Load

One of the most important selection factors for the MGWS75F is the relationship between screw lead, speed and load.

A smaller screw lead provides a different motion profile from a larger lead, so the appropriate configuration should be selected according to the machine requirements.

For example:

5 mm lead: 250 mm/s maximum speed, up to 30 kg published handling weight
10 mm lead: 500 mm/s maximum speed, up to 25 kg
16 mm lead: 800 mm/s maximum speed, up to 20 kg
20 mm lead: 1000 mm/s maximum speed, up to 15 kg
