The KK module is a highly efficient, integrated linear motion system fundamentally composed of two main components:
- U-rail (Integrated guide system)
- Ball screw (Drive element)
Through this modular design, the KK module integrates the ball screw and linear guide into a single unit. This design effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional discrete platforms, such as the complexity of selecting and verifying separate guidance and drive elements, and the resultant large size and significant space occupation.
KK modules provide advantages such as fast selection, simplified installation, compact size, and high rigidity.
Equal Load in Four Directions
The design ensures robust load capacity from all angles. The return system between the track and the slide, along with the contact surface between the ball and ball groove, adopts a 2-row Gothic arch design. This structure, with its characteristic 45 °contact angle, allows the KK module to withstand equal loads from all four directions.
