Yongrun Precision manufactures induction-hardened and precision-ground LM shafts in both solid and hollow configurations. Standard material selections include high-carbon steel (e.g., 45# ) and bearing steel (GCr15 ), with hard-chrome-plated options available to enhance surface hardness and corrosion resistance.

Surface Finish & OEM Customization
Each shaft is ground to strict diameter and cylindricity tolerances (typically g6 or h6 fits), producing an exceptionally smooth surface finish that minimizes rolling friction and seal wear.
