What Is The Positioning Method Of The Linear Guide Rail?

 The components of the guide rail include sliders, sliders and oil nozzles. Usually, there will be a finishing surface on the slider and the side of the slider, which serves as a baffle for positioning.

 The main function of using linear guides is to support and guide moving parts so that they can move in a given direction on a reciprocating straight line. It is usually used in mechanical structures with high-precision requirements. According to the parameters and design, the matching linear guide can be selected through calculation.

Three different types of linear guide positioning methods:

1. The limit of the slider baffle + the positioning pin of the slider

Red ring A: The position is limited to the inner side of the two sliders

Red ring B: The positioning reference for the slideway is on one side, and the other side can be assisted by installation.

2. Limitations of the slider positioning pin and the slide rail baffle

Red rings A and B: The interiors of the two sliders are limited.

Red rings C and D: The positioning reference for the slideway is on one side, and the other side can assist in installation.

3. Locating pins are used for sliders and slideways.

Red ring A: The position is limited to the inner side of the two sliders

Red ring B: The slideway position is the positioning reference, and the positioning pin is used for positioning.
