Manufacturing Processes and Procedures
The SFU2004 is manufactured using rigorous protocols to ensure exceptional hardness, straightness, and lead accuracy.

1.Material Selection: We utilize high-grade, heat-treatable alloy steel, selected specifically for its superior strength and wear resistance under high-load conditions.
2.Thread Forming: Threads are formed using either Precision Cold Rolling (for cost-effective C7 accuracy) or Precision Grinding (for high-accuracy C5/C3 grades), ensuring a precise 4mm lead and excellent surface finish.
3.Heat Treatment: The 20mm shaft undergoes induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. Following this, stress relief processes are applied to maintain dimensional stability and straightness under load.
4.End Machining: The shaft ends are machined to precise tolerances (including diameters, keyways, and threads) to perfectly match standard support units such as BK15/BF15 or EK15/EF15.
5.Precision Assembly: The ball nut, including the internal recirculator and bearings, is carefully assembled onto the shaft. For preloaded models, the internal tension is meticulously calibrated before the unit is lubricated with high-performance grease.
6.Quality Control: Every assembly undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. We utilize high-precision metrology equipment to verify lead accuracy, axial rigidity, and backlash compliance.
