The SFY01632 operates on the principle of recirculating ball mechanics, optimized to achieve nearly frictionless, high-speed linear conversion.

1.Rotary-to-Linear Transformation: As a servo or stepper motor applies torque to the screw shaft, precision-grade steel balls roll within the helical raceways formed between the shaft and the flanged nut. This rolling contact converts rotary motion into axial thrust with exceptional efficiency.

2.High-Pitch Displacement: Characterized by a steep helix angle (a 32mm lead), a single rotation propels the nut forward at a significantly accelerated rate compared to standard screws.
