The EGW20CA is a low-profile flanged linear guide carriage from the EG Series (Low-Profile Ball Type). Engineered for space-constrained, high-speed automated systems, the EG Series features a lower assembly height and more compact overall dimensions compared to standard-height linear guides.

Standard Heavy-Load Geometry & Stability
As the standard heavy-load model in the 20mm class, the carriage features a total body length of 69.1 mm. This elongated profile accommodates four rows of recirculating steel balls across an extended contact zone, providing enhanced load-bearing capacity and moment stability compared to shortened "SA" models. Its wide flanged profile measures 59 mm in width, delivering a broad structural footprint designed to support medium-to-heavy industrial payloads with minimal deflection.
