The EGW20SA is a compact, low-profile flanged linear guide carriage engineered for automated machinery and precision positioning systems requiring a reduced assembly height and a wide-stance mounting base. Designed for use with standard 20 mm EGR20 rails, this unit features an overall assembly height of 28 mm and an expanded flanged width of 59 mm.
 

• Compact Footprint & Low Inertia: Featuring a shortened block length of 50.0 mm and a low mass of 0.19 kg, the "SA" carriage reduces moving inertia while freeing up valuable stroke length on the rail.
• Dependable Load Capacities: Built to provide reliable guidance under dynamic operating conditions, the carriage is rated for a basic dynamic load capacity (Cdyn) of 7.23 kN and a basic static load capacity (C0) of 12.74 kN.
• Moment Load Support: The wide two-bolt M5 flanged mounting layout (49 mm transverse spacing) provides stable support, handling up to 130 Nm in roll moment and 60 Nm in pitch and yaw moments.
• Configurable Options: Available in Normal (C), High (H), and Precision (P) accuracy classes, with factory-set Z0 (Light) or ZA (Medium) preload options to match specific system rigidity requirements.

• Choose EGW20CA (Standard Flange) for Overhung Loads:

If your tool head hangs off the side of the axis or you are using a single block per rail, step up to the EGW20CA. Its 69.1 mm body delivers nearly three times the Pitch and Yaw moment resistance (160 Nm vs. 60 Nm) to prevent carriage twisting.

• Choose EGH20SA (Short Square) for Narrow Spaces:

When side clearance is tight, side flanges can get in the way. At just 42 mm wide, the EGH20SA square block fits into narrow machine channels and compact columns where flanged models cannot fit.
