Product Description

The HGW65HC is a high-rigidity, flanged linear motion carriage from the HG Heavy Load Series. Engineered for large-scale, high-precision industrial machinery operating under substantial loads, this block is specifically designed for seamless integration with standard 65mm width linear profile rails (such as HGR65).

HG: Heavy-Load, four-row ball-type series.
W: Wide-flange carriage profile.
65: 65mm nominal rail width (designed for HGR65 rails).
HC: Extra-heavy load capacity with integrated top-or-bottom mounting.

A key feature of the flanged "HC" block is its integrated threaded through-holes. This design provides machine builders with versatile bi-directional installation options: the block can be secured top-down (passing bolts through the carriage plate and threading them directly into the flange) or bottom-up (inserting bolts through the flange into a threaded carriage plate). This bi-directional mounting is highly useful when spatial constraints limit tool access during the assembly of large-scale machine frames.

HGW65CC (Heavy Type):

• Advantage: Standard heavy footprint designed to optimize moving mass and reduce overall system cost in multi-block configurations.
• Best For: Carriages supported by multiple blocks (e.g., 4 blocks total).

HGW65HC (Extra Heavy Type):

• Specifications: Width: 170mm | Assembly Height: 90mm | Length: 259.6mm.
• Advantage: Elongated body increases internal ball volume to distribute structural loads. Elevates dynamic capacity to 277.80 kN and static capacity to 420.17 kN.
• Best For: Single-carriage setups, extreme-overhang designs, and high Pitch/Yaw moment resistance.
