How should the ball screw be refueled during use?
Common ball screw oils are lubricating oil and lubricating oil.
Under normal circumstances, if it is lubricating oil, you can add oil nozzles at the slider and the oil hole for piping lubrication, or centrally supply oil, but an oil pump is required.
If it is grease, you can use the grease nipple and grease line to pull it to a good refueling position.
If the machine does not run very frequently, the cycle is generally maintained within 3 months. Usually the original dirty oil is pushed out.
There are many self-lubricating ball screws, but basically they use lubricators, which cannot guarantee long-term operation and have large frictional resistance. Moreover, the self-lubricating ball screw has a special structure, with built-in circulating lubrication, which can guarantee the company's maintenance-free for 2 or 3 years.
