How to do anti-rust treatment for ball screw:
First, the surface pretreatment of anti-rust materials.
1) Surface cleaning: The cleaning method must be selected according to the nature of the anti-rust material and the conditions at that time. Commonly used methods are solvent cleaning, chemical treatment cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
2) After the surface is dried and cleaned, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, dried with a dryer at 120~170°C, or dried with clean gauze.
Second, apply anti-rust oil.
1) Impregnation method: some small items are dipped in anti-rust grease to make the surface adhere to the anti-rust grease. Oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature and viscosity of the anti-rust grease.
2) Large-scale rust preventives by spray method cannot be oiled by dipping method. Generally, filter compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is applied to the air cleaning place. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil and thin-layer anti-rust oil, but perfect fire protection and labor protection measures must be taken.
3) The coating method is suitable for outdoor construction equipment and special-shaped products that are not suitable for dipping or coating. When coating the ball screw, care should be taken not to accumulate, and also to prevent coating leakage.
