This "line contact" interface significantly increases the load-bearing surface area, delivering superior stiffness and vibration suppression compared to standard ball-type guides. Designed for use with RGR35 rails, the RGW35CC features a wide flange design that provides excellent moment-load resistance and supports versatile top-down or bottom-up mounting configurations, offering an adaptable, robust foundation for demanding machinery.

The RGW35CC features lateral mounting flanges ("wings") that extend from the central block body. This wide-stance footprint provides two key mechanical benefits:
